Open the app and click the "My Profile" button. On the "My Profile" screen, expand the "Pain Conditions" section.

Open the app, press "View All Pain Conditions" at the bottom of the "Pain Conditions" card, and you will be taken to "My Conditions" screen.

On "Add or Edit Medication" screen, expand purpose section. Press "EDIT LIST" and you will be taken to "My Conditions" screen.

Search and add new pain condition
If you press "ADD NEW", it will take you to the "Add Pain Condition" screen. Type three or more letters and wait for a few seconds.

A list of pain conditions will be returned. Press to select the appropriate pain condition - it will be added to the list.

If your search result does not return a list of pain conditions or does not exist in our database, press "ADD CONDITION".

A pop-up window will be shown, and you will be asked "Are you sure you can't find condition?" - press "YES".

After selecting a pain condition, you can specify additional details of the pain condition such as the dates you experienced your first symptom and the date you were formally diagnosed.

To make sure the pain condition is properly stored, press "APPLY CHANGES" - the new pain condition will be added to the list.

After the pain condition is added, a message will pop-up at the bottom of the screen that says "Condition successfully added".

Open the app and click the "My Profile" button. On the "My Profile" screen, expand the "Pain Conditions" section.

Press the "three vertical dots" icon on the right-hand side of a pain condition.

You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Edit".

Alternatively, you can press a pain condition and you will be taken to "Edit Pain Condition" screen directly.

Alternatively, you can press the pain condition you wish to edit and you will be taken to "Edit Pain Condition" screen.

On the "Edit Pain Condition" screen, you can modify and update details about your pain condition.

If you wish to change your pain condition, press the "pencil" icon on the right-hand side.You can modify any of the dates or you can search for a new pain condition to replace the existing one.

To make sure the pain condition is properly stored, press "APPLY CHANGES".

Confirm changes to associated medication
When you change a pain condition name, it will affect all medications that are associated to that pain condition.

If there are any medications associated to a pain condition, a confirmation prompt will be shown indicating how many medications will be affected if you modify the pain condition - press "CONTINUE".

If no medications are associated to the pain condition, no prompt will be shown.

After the pain condition is edited, a message will pop-up at the bottom of the screen that says "Condition successfully edited".

A pop-up window will ask "Delete condition?" to confirm deletion of the condition. Press "DELETE".
