Go to Filter Records screen
Open the app, navigate to the "Results" or "Reports" screen, press the "funnel" icon on the top-right side of the screen - it will take you to "Filter Records" screen.

You can select pain records, daily reflections, or both. The daily reflection score section and meaningful activities sections will only be displayed if daily reflections is "checked".

Likewise, the other sections will only be displayed if pain records is "checked".

Choose and create a set of criteria
The filter screen allows you to create a set of criteria. Choosing "any", "all" or "none" from the "dropdown" list at the top of the screen determines how these criteria will be applied.

* "any" means that records which contain any of the specified criteria will be included in the results

* "all" means that only records which contain all of the specified criteria will be included in the results

* "none" means that only records which do not contain any of the specified criteria will be included in the results

Within each section, you will be presented with a list of values that can be checked off.

In the Timing, Severity, and Daily Reflection Score sections, you will see slightly different "dropdowns" list, as the values aren't list-based like the other sections.

After criteria has been set, press "APPLY" - it will return the corresponding subset of records that match the criteria.

Press "RESET FILTERS" on the top-right side of the screen - the filter will be automatically removed.

Open the app, on the "Results" or "Reports" screen. Press date range "dropdown" list on the right-hand side. You will be presented with a pop-up of pre-defined date ranges and the ability to select a custom date range. Only records that start within the specified date range will be included.

Press and choose between "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days, "All time", or "Custom Range". Press "APPLY".

All time refers to the date of the first record to the present date. A "Custom Range" allows you to specify both the start and end dates.

lite version limitation
Lite version limitations
On all "Results" tabs or "Reports" screen, other than the "Records" tab, you will be unable to change the date range.

The date range for the "Lite version" limits the display of records to the "Last 30 days". To view other date ranges, you will need to upgrade to the "Pro version" or pay for a "Pro subscription".
