Open the app, press "Menu" at the bottom of the screen. You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Contact Us".

Your default email app will be opened with pre-defined information.

You can then provide additional information for our customer support team.When you are finished, simply press the "send" icon.
