Customize List

Add or edit a pain record or daily reflection as you normally would. Lists can only be customized from within these screens.

Press the "arrow down" icon in the section you wish to customize. Scroll down to the expanded section, press "EDIT LIST" and you will be taken to the "Edit List" screen.

Show or hide relevant values

Selected items will be visible on the list. If you deselect a value by pressing on it, it will be hidden.

This will not delete that value from any records that already contain it; however, the value will not be shown when updating any such records.

Likewise, you may make a value visible again by re-selecting it.

Apply your changes

After you edited the list, press "APPLY CHANGES" - it will return to the previous screen and the list will be updated.

Press "SORT LIST" and you will be taken to "Sort List" screen.

On "Sort List" screen, long-press the item you want to re-order (hold your finger on top of the "handle" icon on the right-hand side of the item, then drag up or down to re-order the item).

If you wish to re-sort all visible items on the list alphabetically, scroll at the bottom of "Sort List" screen - press "SORT ALPHABETICALLY".

After you sorted the list, press "APPLY CHANGES" - it will return to "Edit List" screen and list will be updated.

Scroll down at the bottom of "Edit List" screen, press "Add New" to add a new custom value.

You can enter any value that does not already exist in the list. Press "ADD NEW" button to save the new custom value.

Confirm the custom value is added

After the custom value is added, a message will pop-up at the bottom of the screen showing that the custom value was "added successfully". It will return to the "Edit List" screen and the list will be updated.

Edit custom value

Press the "three vertical dots" icon on the right-hand side of the custom value. You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Edit" where you can change the value to any non-existing value.

Please note that editing a custom value will also affect all records that had previously been associated to that custom value. It is not a reversible action, so please ensure you have a backup prior to performing this operation.

Confirm changes to affected records

When you modify an existing custom value, it will affect all records that had previously been associated to that custom value.

If at least one record had been associated with the custom value, a confirmation prompt will appear indicating how many records will be affected if you change the value. Otherwise, no prompt will be shown and you may proceed to the next step.

After you make changes on the custom value press "APPLY CHANGES" button.

Confirm the custom value is saved

After the custom value is saved, a message will pop-up at the bottom of the screen that the custom value was "edited successfully". It will return to the "Edit List" screen and the list will be updated.

Delete custom value

Press the "three vertical dots" icon on the right-hand side of the custom value. You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Delete".

Please note that deleting a custom value will also affect all records that had previously been associated to that custom value. It is not a reversible action, so please ensure you have a backup prior to performing this operation.
