Press "ADD DAILY REFLECTION" and you will be taken to "Add Daily Reflection" screen.

Add a Daily Reflection from notification

When you receive a notification from the app, clicking it will take you to the "ADD DAILY REFLECTION" screen if it is after 6:45 PM and you have not already added a Daily Reflection for that day.

Otherwise, it will take you to the "Add Pain Record" screen first.

The "Add Daily Reflection" screen is made up of a slider for your daily reflection score and 2 sections, both of which are optional. Press to "check" the activities that are relevant to your situation.

The Notes section can also be used to record any additional details regarding your Daily Reflection.

To make sure record is properly stored, press "SAVE" at the bottom of the screen.

Confirm the Daily Reflection is saved

After a Daily Reflection is saved, a message will pop-up at the bottom of the screen showing "Daily reflection saved successfully".

If "sync" icon turns red, that means there were problems saving the Daily Reflection to your account. Press the "sync" icon to retry, and contact support if the color remains red.

A green dot appearing on top of the "sync" icon means there are changes which have not yet been saved to your account. Please press the "sync" icon to manually force the information to be saved.

Daily reflections can be added once a day. Duplicating a Daily Reflection will create a new identical Daily Reflection with all sections copied, except for the date.

Duplicate Daily Reflection from Home screen

Open the app, on the "Recent Records" card, long-press the Daily Reflection you wish to duplicate (hold your finger on top of it for 1 second, then remove your finger).

You will be shown a pop-up - select "Duplicate".

Duplicate Daily Reflection from the Result screen's Record tab

Open the app, navigate to the "Results" screen and select the "Records" tab to view list of your records.

Press the "three vertical dots" icon on the right-hand side of a Daily Reflection.

You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Duplicate".

Select a date

Duplicating the Daily Reflection will automatically assign the Daily Reflection to the current day. If there is already a Daily Reflection on the current day, you will be shown an error message and asked to choose a new date for the newly-created Daily Reflection.

Press "SELECT DATE" to set another date.

Update Daily Reflection information

On "Add Daily Reflection" screen, expand the sections you wish to modify, and update the information.

Save your Daily Reflection changes

To make sure the Daily Reflection is properly stored, press "SAVE" at the bottom of the screen.

Press the "three vertical dots" icon on the right-hand side of a Daily Reflection.

You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Edit".

Update Daily Reflection information

On the "Edit Daily Reflection" screen, expand the sections you wish to modify, and update the information.

Note: You can modify the date of your Daily Reflection but if you select a date that already has a Daily Reflection, you will be shown an error message and asked to choose a new date. Press "SELECT DATE" to set another date.

You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Delete".

Delete Daily Reflection from the Result screen's Record tab

Open the app, navigate to the "Results" screen and select the "Records" tab to view list of your records.

Press the "three vertical dots" icon on the right-hand side of a Daily Reflection.

You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Delete".

A pop-up window with the message "Are you sure you want to delete record?" will be shown to confirm deletion of the Daily Reflection. Press "DELETE".

Confirm the Daily Reflection is deleted

After a Daily Reflection is deleted, a message will pop-up at the bottom of the screen showing "Record deleted successfully".
