Add a pain record from Home Screen
Open the app, press "ADD PAIN RECORD" and you will be taken to "Add Pain Record" screen.

When you receive a notification from the app, clicking it will take you to the "Add Pain Record" screen if it is before 6:45 PM or if you already have a daily reflection recorded for that day.

Otherwise, it will take you to the "Add Daily Reflection" screen first.

The "Add Pain Record" screen is made up of a slider for your pain record score and 9 sections, all of which are optional.

Most of them are list-based, which means you simply need to press to "check" the values applicable and relevant to your situation.

The Notes section is also used to record any additional details regarding your pain record.

To make sure the record is properly stored, press "SAVE" at the bottom of the screen.

After a pain record is saved, a message will pop-up at the bottom of the screen showing "Pain Record saved successfully".

If "sync" icon turns red, that means there were problems saving the record to your account. Press the "sync" icon to retry, and contact support if the color remains red.

A green dot appearing on top of the "sync" icon means there are changes which have not yet been saved to your account. Please press the "sync" icon to manually force the information to be saved.
Duplicating a record will create a new identical record with all sections copied, except for the Start Time. The start time will be set to the current time.

Open the app, on the "Recent Records" card, long-press the record you wish to duplicate (hold your finger on top of it for 1 second, then remove your finger).

You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Duplicate".

Open the app, navigate to the "Results" screen and select the "Records" tab to view list of your records.

Press the "three vertical dots" icon on the right-hand side of a record.

You will be shown a pop-up at the bottom of the screen - select "Duplicate".

A pop-up window with the message "Are you sure you want to delete record?" will be shown to confirm deletion of the record. Press "DELETE".
